Pop star Cher's drunk fan had been arrested after allegedly harassing the "Believe" singer at a Nashville nightclub Wednesday morning. According to the Nashville police, a 36-year-old man named Calvin Hutton Houghland approach the 62-year-old multi-award winning artist at Tootsies Orchid Lounge.
