Crank 2: High Voltage Trailer Starring Jason Statham

... of interesting (this time around he has to keep giving his body electrical jump starts), but the style of this trailer is so completely ADD that a 90 minute movie just seems like a painful proposition. (No, I still haven’t seen the original.) If it didn’t have Jason Statham in it, I might think this was something being put out by The Asylum. Crank 2 hits theatres on April 17th; check out the trailer below and tell me I’m wrong!

CrankII-Face.jpg Finally, after the rough footage of the Crank 2: High Voltage trailer was seen on Filmstalker a while ago, now the official trailer has arrived, and it’s looking much better but still much like a direct to DVD film. In case you actually are at work when you read this site, Lionsgate was nice enough to take the pretty raw Red Band Crank 2 trailer and cut it into a still-thrilling all audiences Crank 2 trailer. Really what you’re missing from the original is sexism and suggested nudity, but what you receive in return is a better look at the humor that made the original Crank so tolerable despite its batshit craziness…
