benji23 +2Why this list is one of the Top 5 Dumb Lists Ever: Paris Hilton isn't on the list, and Britney is #14, four spots down from Rumer Willis. What has Rumer done besides make terrible hair color choices and inane statements about her own celebrihood that merit being ranked dumber than Brit? -
Erin I would put Britney at #1 - at least Lindsay completed rehab and seems to be trying to stay sober and get her career (or her mom's) back on track. And yes, this list is incomplete without Paris.

Sure, drunk driving wasn’t the wisest move, but do you think Kiefer Sutherland belongs on the list? I mean it’s not like he randomly takes off his pants in bars or anything…..nevermind.
