Danielle Fishel aka Topanga was arrested for an outstanding warrant for DUI according to Entertainment Tonight . Danielle was pulled over in Long Beach on Thursday at 4:55a for a vehicule code violation and was then arrested for the outstanding. She was released shortly after her arrest.  I can't wait to see her mug shot.
