We've complained about them in the past, but with this latest commercial featuring Poltergeist, DirecTV has certainly crossed the line. Didn't anybody -- MGM, Craig T. Nelson, Heather O'Rourke's family -- pause to think that this wouldn't be the best way to honor the memory of a little girl who tragically died at the age of 12? ...
