Lest you question the true extent of Donald Trump 's sliminess, there's a report making the rounds that His Coiffiness tipped a Santa Monica waiter $10,000 on a $82.27 tab earlier this week, all in the name of a glorious PR stunt. The waiter at the Buffalo Club restaurant served a terse Donald some soup, pasta, and a cappuccino, before Trump demanded to know who had given the waiter the biggest tip.
