Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Lindsay-Abaire has been set to adapt DreamWorks Animation next film project, The Gaurdians, which is an adaptation of the upcoming series of children’s books by William Joyce.
It’s always a plus when you get a Pulitzer Prize winning writer to write your movie. Lindsay-Abaire also nominated for a Tony award for writing the book and lyrics to, Shrek the Musical. So he and DreamWorks seem to already have a little relationship going on.
