AdamsWorldBlog Since when is 200 pounds "fat?" I'm a work out freak and I know plenty of 200 pounders who have no body fat whatsoever. Em used to have a heck of a work ethic in the gym so here's hoping he's just jacked up and this story isn't 100% true. -
