jennichonged can we get a law in the uk to ban NEDS??? that would be great then you'd have no knives on the streets 12yr olds wouldnt be getting pregnant (lets face it a baby's just the latest accessory these days) or drinking and drugging their brains away b4 they've fully grown, hey no loud speeding cars at 3am no bonkers n squeeky rave music hidiuos tracksuit bottoms or hats aimed at the sky all i can say is at least the emo population keeps themselfs into the music and arts making bands n doing gigs rather than causing havoc on the streets kniving each other and making this place unbearable to live in, I SAY BAN THE NEDS!!!!

The government says the laws would "open up dialogue" about emo culture, but it seems it would shut it down first. It d be a curious (read: totalitarian and scary) judgment if a country outlaws a style of clothing and music, but it makes you wish someone would ban these fellas stateside. [ NME ]
