Estelle hits No. 1 Who knew that English R&B upstart Estelle would have a number 1 in her native U.K. with a song about Americans? Well according to Billboard.com , that’s what the twenty-something singer/rapper accomplished with the Kanye West-assisted single, “American Boy,” off of her forthcoming album Shine (Homeschool/Atlantic) garnering her first domestic top 10 hit.
