May 13, 2008 Hot Gossip About Gossip Girl Co-Stars! Blake Lively Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have been playing it cool for a while now, pretending they're not a couple. But they were finally busted! The two co-starring love birds headed south of the border to Paraiso de la Bonita in Mexico's Mayan Riviera this past weekend.  There are even pics of Blake and Penn kissing, holding hands, applying sunblock, the whole nine yards.  Hope it works out! Breakups on a TV show never go over too well.  ...

Though they have dodged relationship rumors about themselves, the evidence is clear with all the kissing, giggling and frolicking on the beach.
