Actress Courtney Thorne-Smith and husband Roger Fishman welcomed their first child, a boy named Jacob Emerson, Smith's rep confirms to Usmagazine.com exclusively. "Mother and father are thrilled," Smith's rep tells Us . "And the baby is healthy." Smith gave birth Friday at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Nicole Richie was also in labor . People reports that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are proud parents of a baby girl, Harlow Winter Kate Madden, born today at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. She weighed in at 6 lbs., 7 oz.
