Actress Courtney Thorne-Smith and husband Roger Fishman welcomed their first child, a boy named Jacob Emerson, Smith's rep confirms to Usmagazine.com exclusively. "Mother and father are thrilled," Smith's rep tells Us . "And the baby is healthy." Smith gave birth Friday at L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where Nicole Richie was also in labor .
