Fail : (Verb) To achieve a complete an utter lack of success. I didn't even know who this chick was at first -- but apparently she's Colin Firth's wife Livia Giuggioli. And this is how she came dressed to the premiere of his big Hollywood movie. Now I may not be a "legal expert" per say , but I think this almost definitely qualifies as grounds for an annulment.
