  This is just such a sad story - seriously you have to be the worst mother in the world for the courts to take your kids away - especially when dad is a none too wonderful guy like Kevin. That said - he must be doing right by them -- and I guess Britney is too busy trying to revive her flailing career to focus on her own kids. Sad.

  Litigation fatigue takes its toll. Or she's realized it's not that bad getting the kids a couple days a week and getting to hang out with Madonna the rest of the time.
