The main difference will be that this time Spears won’t first self-destruct on the MTV Vide Music Awards and then have a public nervous breakdown while the album is being released. One reason for the big push to put Britney back in stores is that she owes Jive a lot of money. If they can finish the album and get it out without incident, my guess is that Spears will go out on tour in 2009. Paparazzi, bloggers, this is advance notice to get ready! source

According to Fox news Britney Spears is back in the studio and she will release a new album this year. I’m no fan of Britney’s music but I hope this time she won’t screw it up as she did last time, when she released ‘Blackout’ in 2007. But since then a lot of things have changed with Britney and as you can see she is doing better and better. New Britney Spears Album By Year’s End?

... Roger Friedman of FoxNews.com hears that Jive Records is expecting Britney Spears is set to release a follow-up to 2007’s ‘Blackout’ by mid-December. Friedman indicates several of the same producers and writers on the ‘Blackout’ disc are involved with the new effort, and that Britney is rushing the project because she owes the label a lot of money. If the release happens without the meltdown that preceeded ‘Blackout’, Friedman expects Britney will be touring next year. Read more .
