News Briefs — Zach Galifianakis and Amy Adams are in talks to star in Town House for Fox 2000, Variety reports . John Carney ( Once ) will direct the long-gestating adaptation of Tish Cohen’s novel of the same name. The story is about an agoraphobic man, who lives with his teenage son in an inherited Boston townhouse, and strikes up a friendship with a call girl.  Town House  is expected to shoot in summer 2010.
