... world to the big screen. He had this to say to Variety : I think the whole utopia-gone-wrong story that's cleverly unveiled to players is just brimming with cinematic potential. Of all the games I've played, this is one that I felt has a really strong narrative. There is no release date scheduled, but Verbinski will start work as soon as the script is finished. Hopefully the deal they have in place will mean that this adaptation actually goes ahead. Could this be the first game to film adaptation that really makes the grade?
