As 50 does not have full custody, this test was conducted to ensure his baby moms - Shaniqua Tompkins that he was fit. Ironically Tompkins was also tested and her results were positive for opiates. I’m not a 50 groupie by any means, but you have to give it up to the guy for keeping clean for the seed.
