HEATH LEDGER is "mad-crazy-blazing brilliant" as the Joker!
The buzz is getting louder! Will the Academy give Heath Ledger a posthumous Oscar for the Dark Knight? That seems to be the opinion of Rolling Stone film critic Peter Travers in his review of Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight, one of the two 'in the works' movies of the late actor, the other is of course Terry Gilliam's The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnasus.

Movie Review: The Dark Knight [Dark Knight Mania]Film School Rejects
As faithful readers of this site will note, we generally like to title our reviews with some witty and catchy phrase rather than the generic “Review: Title” format — this helps us fulfill our need to be hip and different. It also helps set the tone for the review, giving you a small inclination as to what we thought up front. In the case of reviewing The Dark Knight , director ...
The Dark Knight: An Extraordinary Cinematic RevolutionFirstShowing.net
This is not a review of The Dark Knight . However, considering the film isn't even in theaters yet, it might come as a surprise to hear so much profound praise, but I can't help from sharing my feelings on this absolute masterpiece. Talk about a surreal 24-hour stretch — I awoke this morning still trying to process the unbelievably epic nature of The Dark Knight , which I had a chance to see last evening. And while I am not ready to put together a full review, both because Warner Bros. probably doesn’t want me to do so and because I have not yet found the words to describe what I saw, I will say this: ...

"Hancock" Director: Peter Berg Fien Print Rating (Out of 100): 62 In a Nutshell: [I've got a problem here. I just saw "The Dark Knight" last night and it's superior enough that I feel uninspired in my attempts to justify the things I liked about the sloppy, mal-edited mess that is "Hancock." Thanks for checking out our “The Dark Knight” review. You can also check out our video version of The Dark Knight review at the bottom of this post. The Dark Knight Reviews - It’s SpectacularMovie Moron
The Dark Knight reviews are pouring in thanks to early screenings. And they confirm it is the classic we were all all praying for. Let’s get the negatives (for some) out the way first: It is dark - the Joker is a boundless sadist, Two-Face horribly disfigured - so don’t take the family. And it’s over 2 hours long, so if you’ve got a short attention span then, ...
