More pictures after the jump… According to People Magazine , it was announced that the goal is to award one actor per year a shot to make it big in Hollywood.  How they do that remains to be answered, as some of the details are still sketchy.  Michelle Williams - the former girlfriend and baby mama to Heath Ledger - has approved the project and is helping to fund it.  This would be a great memorial to the late actor.
