Heather Locklear and Denise Richards used to be best friends but then Denise went and stole Heather’s husband. But looks like Heather is the one having the last laugh, the ex-husband was recently busted for drunk driving and Denise–well she looks as if she hasn’t said no to a burger lately.

Daily Mail Looks like Heather Locklear's face is swollen from either too much water or sun.
