... The concept is funny enough: A guy getting married doesn't have a best man because he's never really had guy friends, so he goes on a series of man-dates to find someone to stand up for him. On top of Rudd and Segel, I Love You, Man co-stars Rashida Jones, Jaime Pressly, Jon Favreau, Jane Curtain, and the ever-reliable J.K. Simmons. Don't forget kids: Red Band means God doesn't like it.

It's actually really, really similar to the first trailer, literally with swear words put in where their more generic cousins were before. But oddly enough, all the extra cussing introduces a plot point that wasn't in the original trailer-- namely that Rudd's character is a "giver" in bed, but his fiancee (Rashida Jones) may not return the favor.
