USA Today reports that DC Comics will offer a prequel comic to J.J. Abrams' (upcoming Star Trek , "M:i:III," "Lost," "Alias") fall TV series "Fringe," a thriller that will premiere on Fox on September 9. According to the newspaper, they are currently looking at writers and artists for the prequel, which will hit the stands on August 27.
