"Juno" director Jason Reitman has potentially chosen his third feature film to direct, an adaptation of Walter Kirn's novel "Up in the Air." Jason Reitman Is Up In The Air

... Jason Reitman will be, well, writing and directing a movie for Montecito Pictures. Who is one of the two principals at Montecito? None other than Ivan Reitman, Jasons father. This is nepotism at its very worst. On second thought, since Jason just wrote and directed Juno , a big Academy Award nominated hit that made $130 million or something, and Ivans most recent hit, despite several subsequent efforts, was in 1994, maybe Ivan is the one in need of a little help. In either case, Variety says that Jason will adapt and direct Up in the Air , based on Walter Kirns book. ...
