'Burn Notice' star Jeffrey Donovan arrested on suspicion of DUI

The 41-year-old actor was reportedly pulled over after he swerved to avoid hitting a police car from behind, and he then allegedly refused to take a Breathalyzer test. According to PEOPLE.com , which cited the official arrest report, Donovan told officers after failing a field sobriety test, "I really think I'm only borderline and not too drunk....
