One of the enduring features of USA Today is "Across the USA," its daily capsules of news from every state. Now the newspaper is partnering with ABC News on a venture to report from all 50 states in the final weeks before the presidential election. The joint project, called "50 States, 50 Days," will begin on Sept. 15.
