Jessica Alba revealed during an appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman" on Monday, January 28 that she knew the sex of her baby, but wouldn't reveal it to the world.

A preggers Jessica Alba - seriously, everyone's pregnant! - showed up in NYC for the Late Show with David Letterman to promote her latest horror flick, The Eye . The soon-to-be mom even took some time to sign autographs for her fans... maybe being pregnant has softened her up a bit! We love the poster for the movie, with a hand literally coming out of the eye. Creepy!
