Jessica Simpson has done it again…been noticed for her big boobs! She has topped the list of the 10 best boobies in all of showbiz. I wonder exactly how they judge this contest but we all know what Papa Joe says, “She’s got double-Ds! You can’t cover those suckers up.” So who else made the list???
