People and the Associated Press both say Jett Travolta died from a siezure disorder.

Jett, 16, died suddenly last Friday while on vacation with his family in the Bahamas. He suffered a seizure and fell, hitting his head on a bathtub. Attempts to revive him failed. He was pronounced dead at Rand Memorial Hospital.
Jett is the eldest child of Travolta and Preston, who also have an 8-year-old daughter Ella Bleu. Jett had a history of seizures, which Travolta once claimed was a result of Kawasaki Syndrome.
