Joel Madden is one proud papa. Joel and girlfriend Nicole Richie just welcomed their first daughter Harlow Winter Kate Madden last week. The excited daddy wrote on his DCMA Collective Web site that Harlow Winter not only looks just like Nicole, but he can’t wait to be able to show off pictures of her to the rest of the world.
