... songs that somehow fuse a wry cynicism with the wide-eyed joy of fandom. “Who Fingered Rock ‘N’ Roll?” is a bit vulgar, but it’s also gleefully reverential, and whole-heartedly embraces the notion of getting the band back together and hitting the road to rediscover all the old thrills. Of course, that’s just what Cornershop are doing right now, and it just wouldn’t be them to not foreground that narrative with a bit of a smirk.
Buy it for way too much money from Amazon.
