Buoyed by increasing airplay, Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" starts a second week at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 this week. "Girl" is the first song since Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy" to simultaneously appear on the Mainstream Top 40, Rhythmic, Adult Top 40 and Alternative charts.
