Fox is planning a new apocalypse film called Nocturne , acquiring a pitch which Len Wiseman is in talks to direct and produce. According to The Hollywood Reporter , the project is based on an original idea about people who survive the end of the world and the mystery about that scenario. THR reports that the studio is looking for writers for the project.

... around the corner, what with "2012" and now this? I don't know about this one, Scoob. While I didn't like either of the "Underworld" films that Wiseman directed, I did enjoy his "Die Hard 4." For an unnecessary sequel, it could have been way worse. But, we'll see how this one pans out.
