A little birdie sent me this tip. “Sources close to MTV confirm that Lil Wayne will be performing at this year’s VMA’s, airing September 7 in Los Angeles. The announcement will be made on tonight’s live episode of FN MTV Premieres along with the nominees for Best Hip Hop and Best Pop Videos.”
