And the “Smile” singer was definitely dressed to get attention as she made her way inside the Royal Opera House in London, England, sporting a massive strapless beige and grey swirled gown, complete with a lacy train. Lily is hosting the event alongside Sir Elton John. i really can't decide if i love or hate the dress. but she still looks great. Source
