Is Lindsay Lohan going back to her old ways? That’s the million dollar question being asked after the actress and her friend Samantha Ronson were spotted partying at Times Square’s Hawaiian Tropic Zone in New York. Reports say Lohan was seen dancing to songs by Britney Spears , Madonna and Soulja Boy , and drinking cocktails. (link)
