The family of Nick Cannon family has confirmed that he and Mariah Carey have secretly wed, after reports surfaced in the past week of the two being engaged. Cannon, 27, is 11 years her junior and the two have been dating for somewhere in the vicinity of a month. Damn. I've had benders that lasted longer than a month. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon obtained a marriage license on Eleuthera, a Caribbean island. The couple could have gotten married at Mariah’s private estate in Eleuthera.
Mariah’s family and friends were in a state of shock. She had only been dating him for one month. She did not have time for her lawyer to draw up a pre-nuptial agreement.
Nick Cannon’s family member, identified only as Linda Cannon, said that Nick called them to relate the news of his marriage. They were happy for him. Linda has refused to elaborate further on this matter.
