Things just keep going downhill for this little Diva. Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana, or as some other may know, Disney’s Little Princess has now posed topless for a new issue of Vanity Fair. I don’t think there is any way she can dismiss this. Sure in the past she played with the cameras when she did some “fun” shots with her girlfriend in a hallway of a hotel.
