... out in Tennessee with her mom and sister, shopping at Target yesterday… When asked about the Vanity Fair pictures Miley has “no comment”… She does, however, yap on the phone with that raspy voice about falling flat on her face!  I wonder if she was wasted??? What a dream though, to have almost a billion bucks and be able to get anything you want at TARGET?!?!  She could BUY THAT STORE, BUILDING AND ALL!!
