TheCelebrityCafe.com Magazine — ... company claims in a New York State Supreme Court lawsuit filed Monday that Campbell violated a 1998 contract by leaving Moodform out of a deal made within the past year. Moonform claims the model abruptly stopped regular payments to the company in 2008 and Campbell has since ignored communications from the company. Campbell stopped paying its share of proceeds from scents, Cat Deluxe and Seductive Elixir, which the company helped develop.
