... The Beverly Hills Cop sequel is still on, with some delays. The script needs a re-write. Collider quote their own “very trusted source” as revealing ” it’s not clear who will be back on Beverly Hills Cop 4 as the studio is hiring a new writer and they are starting over”. This is probably very good news as the scripts I have read are, to be fairly charitable, bland and uninspiring. It also means that there’s still plenty of development left to go on the picture, possibly enough that Brett Ratner will have to get up and move on. Would that be nice? I think a lot of folks ...
