Very exciting news musical theater lovers!!! Finally, a feature film adaptation of the Broadway smash Wicked is in the works . Yay! Some names that we could easily see playing either role are: Anne Hathaway, Mandy Moore, Emmy Rossum, Kristen Bell and….. Who would U love to see in the film????

A List Of Things Thrown Five Minutes Ago — ... is finally a go. Much as I love Chenoweth and Menzel, they're probably a bit old to play those characters now, and certainly aren't likely to sell tickets to the general public. Casting thoughts from the peanut gallery are appreciated. I'm sure we can do better than Perez Hilton, who suggests Anne Hathaway and Mandy Moore (presumably as Elphaba) and Emmy Rossum and Kristen Bell (presumably as Glinda). Victor Garber as the Wizard? Ashley Tisdale as Glinda? Zac Efron as Fiyero?
