Actress Heather Matarazzo — known for her role as Lilly Moscovitz opposite Anne Hathaway in The Princess Diaries — is tying the knot. Her rep tells E! News that the 25-year-old star has proposed to her girlfriend Carolyn Murphy. "It was really cute. First Heather proposed to Carolyn, then Carolyn proposed to her," the rep says.
