On the debut episode of Season 5 of "Project Runway," which begins tonight, the producers have gone all misty-eyed and nostalgic. They have resurrected the first season's opening challenge in which the designers had to find their raw materials inside a Gristedes supermarket.

... I am relishing this last season of Project Runway on Bravo. Next year it will find a new home on Lifetime. It will leave the comfort and stigma of Parsons and move to Los Angeles. At least Tim Gunn will be on the same channel as the Golden Girls reruns. But, for now, I am excited that the new season is upon us. Even if icky Natalie Portman is a guest judge this year. They make up for it by letting LL Cool J come on and (hopefully) take his shirt off at one point. ...
