Pushing Daisies Fodder Pushing Daisies Picked Up for the Rest of the Season ABC has ordered a full season of Pushing Daisies . It has maintained high ratings for the coveted 18-49 age demographic through the first three episodes. Additionally, last week's episode ("Fun in Funeral") proved that the show could maintain quality even when working on a lower budget than that in the first two episodes and without being helmed by Barry Sonenfeld. On a personal note, this is not only great news for the cast and crew of Pushing Daisies , but it's pretty decent for your humble blogger, who spent way too much time last season worrying about how long she was going to have that blogging for Studio 60 gig. Some interesting news coming out of ABC today, one of which is a surprise, the other of which isn't: First the non-surprise: Both TV Week and Kristin Dos Santos at E! Online are reporting that Pushing Daisies has been picked up for the rest of the season. That means 22 episodes of non-contact cuteness from Ned and Chuck.
