The band on stage at 10pm was a band too hip for Spaceland on Monday; I wish that set could have been played at Echo Curio or another found space. I'm not sure the crowd quite "got it," but I was digging every crunch, bass string pluck, and snare hit. This Rademacher tune exhibits the unabashed wish to go whatever way it sees fit and that means the joie-de-vivre is palpable.
