... the Grammys — was arrested yesterday for shoplifting, TMZ.com reports. She was at L.A.’s LAX airport when she walked out of a gift shop with two celebrity magazines and a pack of batteries (a $16 value) without paying. Law enforcement sources told TMZ.com that Ling, 37, was placed under citizen’s arrest by a shop employee and was “cooperative but crying.” She was then apprehended by airport security and booked for theft. Every other aspect of her crazy life (her dancing, singing, awful fashion, and nipple slips) have been documented by the media so why not the embarrassment of having to pose for the police in lock up? Seriously, I pay taxes so I expect mugshots. Without these mugshots what am I supposed to spread across my bed and roll around in? $100 bills just aren’t the same thing.
