... the popular FX series won’t be returning with new episodes until next year. Rescue Me ’s absence only adds to the severe shortage of watchable drama series this summer. On the bright side, FX has started airing Rescue Me minisodes. I thought watching this Rescue Me minisode would satiate my craving for the foul-mouthed firefighters but it only served to make me miss the show more.
