Rob Thomas is being sued by a woman who was hit in the face with a drum stick by the rock donkey at one of his solo shows in 2005 and suffered a cervical herniated disc from the trauma. The woman's husband, a neurosurgeon who has had some financial problems of his own recently (dude owed back taxes), is suing Thomas as well for "loss of consortium."
